Course Description
Fundamental principles of behavior, including research methods, learning, memory and cognition, biological basis of behavior, perception, motivation, human development, social psychology, personality, psychopathology, and psychological testing. This course will require students to engage in reflection regarding the research and practices in Psychology which have hindered, and contributed to, creating a socially just world. Intended for non-Psychology majors, this course does not fulfill requirements for the major. Students should take either PS 100 or PS 101 as it is the pre-requisite for major-level course requirements. Students completing PS 100 cannot take PS 101, and vice versa.
