Student Due Process

John Carroll University recognizes students’ rights within the institution to freedom of inquiry and to the reasonable use of the services and facilities of the University, which are intended for their education.

In the interest of maintaining order on campus and guaranteeing the broadest range of freedom to each member of the community, policies limit certain activities and behavior, which are harmful to the orderly operation of the institution and the pursuit of its legitimate goals.
