CAPSTONE SEMINAR IN FAMILY FORENSIC PSYCHOLOGY

Focuses on the ways in which children and families engage with the legal system (civil and criminal). Topics include child protection, child custody, foster care, children’s rights, children in the courtroom, child abuse and neglect proceedings, juvenile delinquency, divorce child custody proceedings, and specialized evaluations such as violence risk assessments.Prerequisite: PS 100 or PS 101; Junior or Senior Standing.Offered: Only once in the 2022-23 academic year for students who entered JCU prior to 2022.
