INDIVIDUAL RESEARCH PROJECT IN PSYCHOLOGY

Advanced undergraduate participation in the conception, design, execution, and reporting of a research project in psychology. The goal is to produce research that is publishable, and the student’s contribution should warrant citation as co-author. A course plan must be developed with the instructor prior to enrollment. An Independent Study Contract, signed by the instructor, department chair, and associate dean must be turned in to the Office of the Registrar by the Friday before the first day of class for fall semester and by the Friday before the start of winter break for spring semester. Prerequisite: PS 401; Permission of instructor.
