Course Description
This course examines a variety of environment issues experienced in the world today, including climate change, the harmful effects of industrial food production, toxic chemical exposure and public health, population trends, overconsumption, and waste. It will address why and how these problems developed, where they are most problematic, and what can be done in the future to ensure that they can be managed in a sustainable and just way.
