Advanced topics in managerial accounting, planning and control intended to provide a general understanding of the managerial/operational role of the Controller/Management Accountant in an organization. Focuses on how management accounting systems can be configured and effectively utilized to facilitate the business success of the enterprise while supporting its strategy. Topical coverage extends foundational material covered in introductory/intermediate level management accounting courses. Prerequisite: AC 304 (min grade C) and AC 312.
