MANAGERIAL ACCOUNTING

Emphasizes the role of accounting information for decision making with an emphasis on planning and control. Topics include modern management techniques, activity-based costing, just-in-time production systems, product costing, cost behavior, operations budgeting, capital budgeting, and responsibility accounting. Prerequisite: AC 521 (min grade C) or equivalent. Offered: Typically in Fall.
