Course Description

Four hours of lecture per week. Introductory chemistry for the well-prepared student. Topics include stoichiometry, thermochemistry, states of matter, atomic structure, chemical bonding, oxidation reduction, molecular structure, acid-base, solutions, thermodynamics, kinetics, equilibria, electrochemistry, chemistry of metals and non-metals.
