Course Description
This class covers the structure and nature of social media platforms and how they function to advance organizational goals and facilitate the decision-making process. Students learn effective social media strategies (and and organic), segmentation analysis, engagement with stakeholders and influencers, and marketing strategies using social media tools. This course allows students to understand how to measure the success of social media initiatives.
