INTRODUCTION TO GERMAN LANGUAGE AND CULTURE II

Expands learners’ speaking, listening, reading, and writing to the intermediate-low level. Learners build vocabulary and explore differences between the U.S. and German-speaking countries in areas such as food and entertainment culture, regional identity, and city life. Includes reflection on one’s own and others’ cultural norms, values, and beliefs. Prerequisite: GR 101 or equivalent or by placement test. Offered: Spring.
