IMPLEMENTATION AND KEY PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT

Focuses on the skills necessary to implement plans and manage projects, and to assess the performance of those plans and projects. Stresses project management, budgeting, quantitative performance evaluation, tactical programs, and the leadership and communication skills vital to the successful implementation processes.Prerequisite: MB 563 or MB 574.Offered: Typically in Fall.
