Course Description
Study of issues and practices related to corporate reward practices and managing performance. Topics include job analysis, job evaluation, and performance management theory and techniques, incentive and fringe benefit systems, and the legal issues related to performance management and rewards.Prerequisite: MHR 301 or PS 259 (may be taken as a prerequisite or corequisite), or permission of Department Chair.
