Study of issues and practices related to managing key employment relationships in both union and non-unionized environments. This includes labor law and public policy, workplace conflict resolution, performance management, collective bargaining and contract administration; perspectives on negotiation; and fair employment practices in a globalized world.Prerequisite or corequisite: MHR 301 or PS 259 or permission of Department Chair.
