MANAGING CAREER AND TALENT DEVELOPMENT

Study of the issues and practices related to employee training and career development. Topics include needs assessments, learning styles, training techniques, implementation and evaluation of training, as well as individual career management practices. As a project, students design and deliver a comprehensive training program. Prerequisite or corequisite: MHR 301 or PS 259 or permission of Department Chair.
