LEADERSHIP (2040)

It's been reported that up to 47% of U.S. jobs are at risk of automation over the next couple of decades. This blended (online/in person) course explores the concept of business leadership from a futurist's perspective. The purpose of the course is to explore the knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to be an effective manager/leader in the 21st century. Students will develop a digital mindset and explore several disruptive technologies (eg, automation/robotics, augmented/virtual reality, blockchain/crypto, artificial intelligence, the internet of things, nanotechnology) that will impact all sectors of business.
