Course Description
Students will develop the ability to conduct qualitative and quantitative marketing research and analysis to gain customer insights. Students examine common qualitative and quantitative tools marketers use to develop, monitor, and evaluate consumer segments and marketing strategies. Topics include the use of online survey tools, interviews and focus groups, statistical analysis using SPSS, market share metrics, financial analysis, and analysis of promotion effectiveness.
