An introduction to the history and dynamics of nonviolent theory and nonviolent social movements. Beginning with learning the key theories that inform civil resistance strategies and campaigns, as well as nonviolent practices such as restorative circles and nonviolent communication, students will explore and present case studies on nonviolent actions.Prerequisite: Arrupe Scholars ProgramOffered: Spring
